Alpha Capital Group is a team of experienced market professionals who are motivated to take up new challenges. We are lucky that we do what we really like. We combine knowledge and contacts in financial industry with practical experience gained from dozens of accomplished projects. Marcin Łuczyn
Member of the Board
An expert in fields of Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Venture Capital funds, and other forms of rising capital. For over 10 years, Marcin has been closely connected with capital markets. He gained experience in investment banking by working for the Viennese company Raiffeisen Investments and indirectly for the investment bank Lazard, where he was responsible for conducting M&A transactions and acquiring capital.
Marcin has also gained experience from Venture Capital and Private Equity funds including work for one of the eldest German fund – Hannover Finanz. He was part of the mezzanine fund MIDAS Mittelstandsfonds and the investment director of the Seed Capital Fund. Moreover, Marcin is a former president of the Executive Board and the co-founder of an advisory and investment company which is now listed on the Polish stock exchange.
As he held positions in Executive Boards and Supervisory Boards of a number of portfolio companies owned by investment funds, he was responsible for implementing value growth strategies. Macin was also involved in numerous transactions of companys’ disposals, capital rising procedures, and compound investing processes.
Graduate of the Europa-Universität Viadrina in Frankfurt. Participant of several seminars in the field of business valuation and structuring of transactions organized in London and Vienna. The author of numerous research papers, the lecturer on dozens of conferences in the field of capital rising, mergers and acquisitions.
Private:
Marcin likes spending his free time with family on playing sports and travelling. In summer – he is a marathoner and an enthusiast of a long-distance triathlon, MTB, scuba diving, mountains, and water sports; in winter – he switches to cross-country skiing and snowboard.

Wojciech Mróz, CFA
Member of the Board
Licensed Investment Advisor No. 219, owner of Chartered Financial Analyst title. For nearly ten years, Wojciech has been closely linked to the capital market and the investment market including Private Equity and Venture Capital. As a Member of the Management and Supervisory Board he supported numerous companies during development of their growth strategies, capital rising procedures, as well as in debuts on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He has helped numerous entrepreneurs in the development of their businesses and very often in gaining a complete financial freedom after their company’s disposal.
He worked as an investment manager and investment director in MCI Management and Privilege Capital Management. Wojciech was also a partner in a consulting company named IBD Conor. During his consulting career he prepared and supervised dozens of company’s valuations, growth strategies, restructuring plans, and due diligence reports. Furthermore, Wojciech teaches postgraduate students about investments and Private Equity/Venture Capital funds.
Private:
Wojtek is a passionate traveller especially in case of countries of south-east Asia. Contact with other cultures helps him to better understand himself and the world around him. Wojtek is also keen on sports. Starting with squash, and ending with marathons and long distance triathlons. In order to find peace and energy for further activities, Wojtek comes back to his family and friends without whom any of his goals wouldn’t make any sense.

Prof. dr habil. Tomasz Słoński
Partner
An expert with almost 15 years of experience in the area of valuations and value based management. He focuses mainly on valuations of corporate groups, companies, organized parts of tangible and intangible assets. Apart from consulting services, Tomasz works in the Wrocław University of Economics in the Finance Management Institute. He is the author of dozens of articles published both in Poland and abroad. Tomasz is also a co-author of many books about capital market, corporate finance, investments, rising capital, and capital budgeting. He is also a director of the postgraduate course of studies „Value Management, Investments, Development, Stock Exchange”.
Tomasz Słoński PhD as a well-known expert conducted courses for big financial institutions such as PKO BP, Getin Bank, or BRE Leasing. During his career he prepared dozens of reports and valuations in the major number of industries in Poland. One of his main areas of interest are energy and renewable energy sources. Furthermore, Mr. Słoński is a participant of many conferences around the world on which he shares his knowledge about the latest innovations in the area of value based management. He is also a member of The International Atlantic Economic Society.
Private:
In his free time, Tomasz comes back to his beloved family. As an experienced runner, Tomasz prepares himself for breaking 3 hours in the marathon.

Peter Holzer
Partner
An expert in fields of creating company’s value and international expansion. For over 14 years, has been active on the capital market and in the e-commerce sector. He gathered experience as a co-founder of the company providing one of the first solutions in supporting on-line payments in Germany. Later on, thanks to several contacts in the USA, he was responsible for the expansion of American e-commerce companies on German market.
In 2004, he started the construction of an investment found MIDAS Mittelstandsfonds, and raised almost 50 million Euros for investments. Several accomplished investments included companies from such industries as renewable energy sources, medical, pharmaceutics, and IT.
Thanks to gathered experience in creating and implementing value growth strategies in companies he was invited to cooperate by Bodo Schafer – one of the most recognisable personal trainer in Germany. Nowadays, Peter runs training sessions for owners of large German family companies.
Graduate of the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel.
Private:
Peter tries to spend his free time with a wife and a son, whom he support in numerous football competitions. Participant of marathons and off-road runnings in Fisherman’s Friend series. He is a big fan of books and a personal development passionate.

Maciej Kowalczyk
Partner
Expert in fields of capital investments, company management, and company supervision. He has over fifteen years of experience in the conduction of complex investment processes carried out on behalf of Private Equity funds that include companies in various industries and development stages.
As an investment manager in AIB WBK Fund Management (nowadays Krokus PE) he took part in constructing new market strategies and controlling four portfolio companies. As an investment director in MCI Management and Enterprise Investors he accomplished a number of investment projects, was involved in restructuring processes, and participated in preparations for the Initial Public Offering of overseen companies. Maciej was also responsible for the funding process of the second RTA Ventures Fund, where he served as a Managing Partner.
He has consulted many capital investment processes, including capital rising, M&A transactions, and complex due diligence projects. Maciej has cooperated with many entities form CEE region, acting also as an NCBiR expert in processes of evaluation of R&D projects.
Private:
Maciej is a passionate of long, exotic trips. He visited such countries as Ethiopia, Ghana, Togo, Benin, Mozambique, India, and China. Exploration of distinctive cultures allows him to get some perspective on surrounding reality and have a look on many problems from a completely different angle. Maciek spends his free time playing volleyball and skiing (licensed PZN instructor).
